ImmPACT Bio USA, Inc., is a clinical-stage company dedicated to the discovery of transformative chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies that address key biological challenges in treating cancer and autoimmune diseases. The company's logic-gate-based CAR T-cell platforms, licensed from University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Technology Development Group, are specifically designed to deplete B cells, prevent antigen escape, and overcome the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. The company's technology is based on the work of pioneering scientists Yvonne Chen, Ph.D., and Antoni Ribas, M.D., Ph.D., both from UCLA.
ImmPACT Bio is looking for an exceptional individual to join our growing team as a temporary Material Handler. The Material Handler will be responsible for receiving, shipping, picking and GMP requests and inventory tasks. This is a a temporary onsite role in our facility in West Hills, CA.
Responsibilities:
Check incoming deliveries to make sure all ordered materials and equipment meet quality and receiving standards.Organize/Put away inventory stock in the most efficient way using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).Receive and check incoming material requests.Pull material to fulfill material requests properly and in a timely matter.Create material kits to fulfill manufacturing kits demand.Assist packing final drug product and carrier delivery.Document orders, materials, and stock movements.Assists with all outbound shipment bookings (e.g., FedEx, Marken).Monitor inventory levels and report low inventory.Perform monthly inventory cycle counts.Follow all safety standards and policies.Ability to identify warehouse safety or equipment issues and escalate them.Assist Material Handler II or III with VMI representative.Assist with material disposal/destruction per standards.Be able to load and unload packages (55 lbs.).Basic Qualifications:
2-4 years proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar position.Experience in using material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).Strong communication skills.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.Preferred experience on a Warehouse Management System (WMS).Dexterity and attention to detail.Organizational skills.Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.License to operate forklifts (preferred).Candidates must be available for occasional weekend and overtime work as required.Location:

Salary Range
