Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conduct clinical assessments and create person-centered treatment plansProvide evidence-based psychotherapy for clients who present with various concerns such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, trauma and adjustment disordersContinually assess client situations and provide the proper ongoing treatmentsPrepare discharge summariesAll other clinical tasks as assignedQualifications:
Must show the ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.Ability to communicate with clients and to remain calm under stress.Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Positive interpersonal skills required.Bi-Lingual in Spanish and English is a plus but is not required.Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (required) in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldMaster's degree(preferred) in Social Work, Counseling, or related fieldLicensed in the state of Pennsylvania (LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT) (required)Must be familiar or willing to be trained on EMR systemsTwo years minimum of direct-care clinical services with individuals with mental health diagnosesMandatory Requirements:
