End User Support Technician

The End User Support Technician will provide assitance across business units focusing on the installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of computer equipment.
Responsibilities:
ABCRequired Qualifications & Experience:
Image, configure, install, and perform maintainance for computer systems.Respond to and resolve tickets providing top tier customer service.Work alongside a team to set up new hire desks and install software packages.Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
High School Diploa or GED.Experience providing computer hardware and operating system support.Experience providing excellent customer service.Perks & Benefits:
