Job Description AND Principal Responsibilities

Lead, Software Engineering for Reconciliation is responsible for leading and mentoring the TLM team, fostering a collaborative and high performance work environment. Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex issues related to TLM. Design and develop change resilient application code and execute robust effective testing. Manage project execution to ensure expected business requirements and related benefits are delivered within appropriate time/budget parameters. From a product mindset perspective, engage in supporting applications (L2/L3). Comply with Technology mandates as they relate to methodology, process, and compliance. Candidate will have to work in shifts on rotational basis.

Experience/Skills

ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent10-12 years of experience in Smart Stream TLM productExperience with project feasibility, definition requirements, design, testing and project deliveryExperience with Agile project methodologiesExperience in Unix scripting and Oracle PL/SQL is a mustExperience in complying with IT process (ITSM)Experience with ITSM Service now tool, ADO board and Dynatrace will be an added advantageLeadership experience, guiding and mentoring team membersRequired Skills
