SummaryThe IT Infrastructure Engineer for Information Technology Services is responsible for the hands-on support of server systems, hands-on support of network switch infrastructure and assisting the IT Infrastructure Architect. The IT Infrastructure Engineer for Information Technology Services will act as a hands-on technical resource for infrastructure technical projects. This position will also be responsible for the administration and support of: the city's Server and Storage Area Network Hardware Systems, Server Software, Network Hardware, Server Virtualization Systems, Cloud based Server Hosting Systems, Firewall Appliances, Server Backup Systems, Cloud based Server backup Systems and other systems as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities
