CRM Manager
and have extensive experience with
CRM, Direct to Consumer, Digital Marketing & MS Office.
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
CRM Manager Job responsibilities Includes:
The CRM Manager function is accountable for developing consumer-centric activation strategies powered by data that create consumer connections, drive profitable revenue as well as consumer lifetime value for Client brands (Mugler, Viktor & Rolf, Valentino,). This function is responsible for supporting the development of their brand owned data channels. Through consumer insights, thoughtful collaboration, and share-out of consumer behavioral data and measurement, this role will be responsible for acquiring, retaining and localizing our consumers across all touchpoints of their lifecycle.
This individual will collaborate with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to media teams, external CRM vendors, and marketers to deliver data-driven activations that support key brand initiatives and priorities that power the direct-to-consumer eCommerce channel. They will work to support strategic brand objectives, launches, and activities; responsible for building and maintaining a healthy database by developing a holistic approach around the growth/churn/loyalization of the consumer lifecycle through segmentation and personalization. This role will also play a key part with their brand to action annual plans that drive business results. They will maximize all opportunities to cross-reference and merge learnings from multiple data sources, (i.e., CRM database, sales trends and Social/Influencer activations) to create full-funnel, relevant marketing strategies with our 1P data.
Required Skills:
• College Degree
• 8-10 years in a direct-to-consumer CRM role
• Experience in a direct-to-consumer business required.
• Experience developing or running a brand loyalty program
• Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing principles
• Expert knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and analytics, particularly as it relates to CRM and consumer data
• Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners
• Ability effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
• Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Strong prioritization and problem solving skills
• Open to new ideas with thirst for innovation
• Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker.

Pay Details:
$63.00 to $68.00 per hour
