Department : Operations, Wedding/Event Design

We're looking for an experienced floral designer with expertise in flower production and wedding/event decor. This creative is an avid green thumb, passionate about design, with a knack for speediness and efficiency. You will help with our production team in all aspects of wedding/event studio design and installations.

Requirements:
2+ years experience in wedding or event floral designExtensive knowledge of flowers and design techniquesAbility to work weekends, holidays, and peak periodsSelf-motivated with a startup mentality and growth mindsetShared aesthetic preferences & values with Flowers for Dreams brandResponsibilities:
Design large-scale arrangements for our weddings, events, and corporate accountsMust be able to design and create boutonnieres, corsages, bride and bridesmaid bouquets, arches, large focal pieces, compotes, ceremony pieces, centerpieces, etcProduction line designerWorkstation and studio upkeep, vase and floral prepInstallation lead during peak seasonsPrune and process incoming flowersStripping, prepping, and foamingCheck quality of florals to ensure top qualityWedding/event installations and strikesLong hours on your feet and with your hands
