The Team tackles the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.You Are

Leading current state Salesforce and lead-to-cash assessments and optimizations, including:

Gathering key business and technical requirements through hosting interview workshops across the various process areas, reviewing the Salesforce instance and documentation provided by clientGathering pain points and future state requirementsDeveloping lead-to-cash and Salesforce specific recommendationsDeveloping a roadmap to execute said recommendationsExecuting and managing the delivery of end-to-end solutions, optimizing Salesforce functionality for clients

Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionalityClearly communicating solution decisions internally and with the customer throughout each projectDisseminating best practices on solution positioning and deliveryIdentifying risks that threaten project success and recommending workaroundsEnsuring Salesforce solutions run smoothly by testing then documenting fixesSupporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal developmentHelping to shape the direction of a growing Salesforce practiceEducate internal and external audiences on Salesforce best practicesActively participate in career development activities and technical training of staff

At a minimum, you will have:5+ years of direct full life cycle Salesforce implementation, upgrade, and support experienceTier 1 or Tier 2 consulting / professional services experienceExperience facilitating design and configuration of SalesforceExperience with the following Salesforce cloud applications: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (i.e., Salesforce CPQ)Certifications in Salesforce.com and other cloud platformsGreat work ethic with a customer service focus (high intensity)At least 4 years of experience leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement)Ability to lead workshops, including the gathering/documenting of requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processesAbility to assess functional and technical gaps in designsCustomer oriented and great at building client relationshipsFlexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%.

Preferably, you will have:Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between the technical team and the user community is strongly preferredExperience with CRM systems outside of SalesforceAccounting, finance or operations experienceExperience with Data Migration
