Job Description:
SAP Data Lead with multiple SAP Data migration project experience (Data migration project experience is a MUST with a lead role)
Exposure to SAP HANA. Understanding of Structure difference between SAP ECC and S4 HANA
Strong experience in SAP Data Services, Information steward, IDOCS, BAPI, LSMW and SAP Migration cockpit is plus
Good experience in working with the client in Data Quality, Profiling and Cleansing, Data harmonization
Good experience in developing reate data migration strategy and apprach for S/4 HANA implementation
Ability to build data quality scorecards, Preload and post load report preparation and validation and advise on data cleansing requirements.
Competency in providing advisory services to the business to understand their data management issues and advising on appropriate data management strategies and techniques.
Experience with mock loads, cutover planning and preparation of data migration tasks.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships and effective communication skills both verbal and writing
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, Good consulting skills are a pre-requisite, with business facing consulting capability
