Position OverviewNeurable is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality for our mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms. Neurable’s innovative software and hardware solutions bring electroencephalography (EEG) technology to the masses, allowing for its use outside of controlled lab settings. The QA Engineer will be instrumental in verifying that our mobile apps, which help users manage burnout and improve productivity through real-time focus monitoring and personalized prompts, function flawlessly and provide a seamless user experience.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-impact company, work with a world-class team, and contribute to groundbreaking technology that will transform the way people interact with computers. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, passionate about quality, and eager to take ownership of the QA process.What You Will Do:Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Neurable’s iOS and Android applications.Perform manual and automated testing to ensure that both apps meet functional and non-functional requirements, including usability, performance, and security.Identify, record, and track bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools, collaborating with developers to resolve issues quickly.Conduct regression testing to verify that new features or updates do not introduce new issues.Work closely with the Product Owner, Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, and development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and potential risks.Work closely with Customer Support to identify how users typically use the application and write test coverage to closely mirror actual use.Participate in Agile sprint planning and retrospectives to continuously improve the QA process.Ensure seamless integration of app components by testing interactions between mobile apps, cloud services, and firmware.Maintain and manage stable builds of the iOS and Android application and coordinate new App Store/Play Store releases with the respective mobile teams.Stay up-to-date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry trends to continually enhance the QA process.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:3+ years of experience in QA for mobile applications, with a strong understanding of both iOS and Android platforms.Proficiency in developing and executing both manual and automated test cases.Experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as:

Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest for mobile test automationJIRA or similar bug tracking toolsPostman or similar tools for API testingCharles Proxy or similar tools for network testing
