Role Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of our airline products, ensuring they meet the needs of airline customers and align with business objectives. The Product Owner (PO) will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to define product vision, create detailed requirements, and drive the execution of product initiatives. The ability to seek consensus and drive results will be critical to the success of our projects.

### Key Responsibilities:#### 1. Product Vision and Strategy:Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and customer needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and features.#### 2. Consensus Building:

Facilitate discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consensus on product goals and priorities.Mediate conflicts and negotiate trade-offs to achieve a balanced and agreed-upon product roadmap.#### 3. Product Development:

Create and maintain detailed product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.Monitor and evaluate product performance, using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.#### 4. Stakeholder Engagement:

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on product status and progress.Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback to refine and enhance product offerings.#### 5. Airline Industry Expertise:

Leverage experience in the airline industry to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes that may impact product development.6. Driving Results:

Set clear objectives and key results (OKRs) for product initiatives and track progress against them.Identify and address potential roadblocks and risks to ensure successful product launches.---Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the airline industry.Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and consensus-building skills.Ability to drive results and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with product management tools such as Rally, GIT, or similar.
