Position Overview
Apply proven methodologies to implement UAT for the deployment of a Human Capital Management System at the enterprise level. Collaborate with product owner and implementation team to ensure testing requirements are met from both business and technical perspectives. Work internally with the Enterprise Transformation team and Sponsor to communicate testing timeline, user feedback, and necessary updates to stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
Assessing / determining business requirements for testing in UATDefine user roles and end-user audiencesDevelop testing scriptsCollaborate with IT team to define fix cycle strategiesDevelop UAT observations and reporting methodsFacilitate and manage logistics of user testingSupport client in training activities both virtual and in-personRequired Skills
Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.Bachelor's degree and 5 years of applicable work experience.Experience conducting UAT for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software products in the Federal environment, preferably in the intelligence community.Experience with PeopleSoft or other Human Capital Management Systems.Intermediate experience in change management.Outstanding oral and written communication skills.Ability to convert strategic plan into actionable and digestible tasks.Advanced experience in creating job aids and training materials.Advanced experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Ability to work as a team, coordinating individual efforts with other team members.Strong analytical skills, experience with project management and problem solving with ability to take ownership of tasks and assignments.Desired Skills
Certification as an information systems designer (ISD).Change Management Certification(s).Intermediate understanding of project lifecycle as it relates to software deployment.
