What You'll Do:

The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in helping NPT make informed business decisions. Working closely with departments throughout NPT, this role will gather data, analyze trends, and create visualizations and reports. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Salary range is $70,000 - $75,000.

Duties/Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights.Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations in Salesforce and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.Analyze trends and patterns in complex data sets to identify opportunities and potential risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.Perform ad-hoc analysis as required and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all datasets.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar.Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.Knowledge of financial services and philanthropy is an advantage.Salesforce reporting and dashboarding experience is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field.Experience with advanced statistical techniques, predictive analytics, and machine learning models.Proficiency in using AI tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for data analysis and model development.Experience in building and deploying predictive models that drive business decisions.Certification in data analysis tools, methodologies, or AI/ML technologies.Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its integration with data analysis and visualization tools.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
