Element, MJH is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (PM) with interest or experience in Product Ownership to help deliver our strategic vision for our internal technology platform offered to multiple internal teams in a SaaS model. An entrepreneurial mindset is a must to help translate business requirements into reality. The PM will grow to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our offerings and assist in roadmap planning, feature set delivery, release coordination, and operational execution.

Objectives of this role

Work with internal teams to define cross-team and cross-department projects. Including deadlines, milestone tracking, resource utilization, status updates and impact.Serving as a point of contact to ensure project and team dependencies are planned and delivered on time.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for product ownership to generate roadmaps, business growth opportunities, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project life cycles.Work closely with business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI.Responsibilities

Overseeing all stages of project planning and delivery.Monitoring and evaluating project progress at each stage of the process.Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.Define and support the organization's strategic plan for the product, while maintaining a cohesive vision throughout the process.Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements.Sprint iteration planning.Participating in Scrum meetings and Sprints.Required skills and qualifications

5 or more years of experience in Project Management.2 or more years of experience in Product Ownership.In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology and project management.Understanding of business value related to features and functions.Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders.Proficient in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence and Project Management planning and tracking solutions.Ability to prioritize effectively.Bachelor's degree in related discipline.Preferred skills and qualifications

Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technology.Scrum Certifications: Scrum Master, Product Owner.PMP certification is a plus.Proven track record of delivering solutions on time.
