Sr. Programmer Analyst
Bonnell Aluminum is leading the way for aluminum extrusion manufacturers. Our company-wide approach to lean manufacturing drives our team to seek new methods for combining aluminum extrusion operations, simplifying tasks, and minimizing material handling.
This position provides strong process, design, and development skills to maintain J.D. Edwards World A9.2 ERP solution. This position guides architecture and application design decisions, leads development projects, and trains and mentors the development staff on the latest RPG versions and distributed computing technologies. This position is expected to be hands-on with production support and development of the iSeries-based system.
Your Role:Design, develop, and test iSeries RPG applications for J.D. Edwards World A9.2Maintenance programmingAct as a software developer within the J.D. Edwards World A9.2 ERP system, development environment, development tools, methodologies and approaches.Serve as liaison to business stakeholders on an ongoing basisConduct project meetings and facilitate collaborative discussionsWhat You'll Need:
3 years' experience with JDE World software5 years hands-on experience with full development lifecycle in an iSeries environment using all versions of RPG, CL, ILE, DB2 and SQL.Proven analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong customer service, teaching, and mentoring skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work in a projects-based, team environmentProficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projectsStrong organizational and time management skillsAble to be flexible and adapt to changeProficient with Microsoft Office applicationsPreferred Experience:
Manufacturing experienceEDI mapping experienceIntegrations experienceChange managementSOX complianceWork Environment:

Bonnell Aluminum is North America's premier manufacturer of custom aluminum extrusions. We manufacture mill finish, anodized, painted and thermally broken aluminum extrusions. Our press size ranges from 1,550 to 5,500-tons.
We produce large diameter extrusions requiring high-quality surface finish up to 16 inches in circle size. Fabricators and distributors use our extruded profiles in various applications: curtain walls, storefronts, light to heavy commercial and institutional windows, walkway covers, interior architectural products, photovoltaic panels, solar collectors, heat sinks for L.E.D. lighting, shower enclosures, hurricane protection products, automotive, light trucks, recreational vehicles, and industrial machinery.
