This credit union in New Hampshire is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team. They are a not-for-profit financial institution that provides banking solutions such as checking and savings accounts, loans, and mortgages. This is a full-time role that would require traveling to their office in Portsmouth, NH 2-3 times per month.
As a Scrum Master, you will support a cross functional team of developers, engineers, and product owners. You'll be expected to ensure that the team's actions are aligned with the product team's goals and visions. Also, you'll be a driving force in continuing to foster a comfortable and effective workplace.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a related fieldAgile Scrum CertificationExperience using Jira and ConfluenceExperience using Office 365 and White Board productsMultiple years of experience working in a banking/fintech environmentExtensive understanding of Agile principles and experience adapting them to evolving environmentsTeam leadership experienceWhat You Will Be Doing
