Proficient communication skills, verbal and written in EnglishPrevious Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving experience (preferred)Must be able to work a flexible, rotating 12-hour schedule, including overtime and weekends, as neededAbility to work in fast paced manufacturing environment, push, pull, bend, lift up to 35 pounds, and perform tasks in a non-climate-controlled environmentWhat You'll Do as a Packer
Hand pack and stack finished productProperly label and count finished inventoryVerify materials, quantities, and qualitySort damaged case goods and re-pack materials to meet quality standardsSupply required WIP material to support department specific packagingOperate within standard operating procedures (SOPs)Clean and maintain work station, following all safety and company policiesMaintain location of parts and materials, and refill bins needed to perform dutiesPrepare materials for shipmentsPerform other tasks as assigned
