mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW)
in Jonesboro, Arkansas, for full-time positions .
Compensation:The salary range for this position is $52,400 to $91,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.Requirements:
Must be fully licensedMust be willing to work in a mix of school, office, and home visitsExperience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and familiesSolid computer and basic technology skillsDemonstrated a history of professional growth and developmentSelf-motivated and independent therapists able to quickly build rapport with clientsAdvantages:

Must conduct home visits at least once per month, required visits in the office, schools, and other facilities as necessary to ensure Home and community-based client careAssist with support groups, as assigned, if necessaryKeeps all required documentation current: 90-day reviews and Treatment Plans, as well as any other documentation requirementsIf the client has a guardian/parent, meets with the guardian on a monthly basis (minimum)Plans and administers treatment such as behavior modification and stress management therapy to assist patients in controlling disorders and other problemsDirects case management assigned to patients.
