Job Description:The Functional Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for the PeopleSoft Time and Labor implementation project, guiding users through design, configuration, and testing phases. The role involves ongoing support and process improvements post go-live.
Key Responsibilities:Provide expertise in PeopleSoft Time and Labor setup, including pay rules and employment terms.Document business requirements and create solutions for functional gaps.Participate in testing phases and resolve issues with related modules (HR, Payroll, Absence Management).Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions and support business operations.Create and modify reports as needed.Qualifications:
Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor module.Proficient in MS Office applications.3 to 5 years of experience with PeopleSoft implementations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with healthcare applications (EHR systems like Allscripts and Epic is a plus).Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Five years of experience in data processing or computer systems.
