Job Title: Business Analyst/Document Imaging SpecialistClearance Required: US Citizen; DHS Public TrustWork Location: Hybrid - Arlington, VA & Remote (onsite as requested by client)Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified a Business Analyst to support an IT portfolio within a PMO for one of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Perform post-processing tasks such as image enhancement, color correction, and file organization utilizing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.Utilize high-resolution scanners, cameras, and other image capturing devices to digitize complex documents for archival purposesFile management for organizing, categorizing, and managing large volumes of digital imagesPresent documented requirements to stakeholders for feedbackSuggest product improvements or enhancements to increase end-user satisfactionFacilitate and lead meetings with various internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:Education:Bachelor's degree in business or an IT related field, which can be substituted for technical certifications or relevant experience
Experience/Skills:
Strong attention to detailStrong proficiency with Information TechnologyFamiliarity with computer operating systemsAbility to gather requirements from customers in a proactive mannerExperience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to ask probing questions to business team membersAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications:Experience utilizing Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.Familiarity with image file formats, editing tools, color spaces, and resolution terminology.]Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS and AzureIntermediate or above SharePoint experience with permissions governance, migration, and organization
