You can learn more about our culture and life at tandem here: and See what our customers are saying here:**A DAY IN THE LIFE:****Shipping*** Prepares documents, instructions and other required documentation in order to coordinate shipping and freighting of pumps, cartridges, and materials.* Packs and prepares company products and other materials for shipping in accordance with customer requests.* Maintains records of orders shipped, documenting weights and shipping charges.* Ensures documentation complies with governmental and regulatory agencies requirements.* Schedules and coordinates shipment deadlines with Customer Service in order to ensure shipments and freights arrive at the appropriate destination within determined timeline.* Maintains computerized shipping systems, 100 lb. scale, 300 lb. hand truck, pallet jack, bubble pack dispenser, and bander.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Receiving*** Receives incoming materials, services and supplies by unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices.* Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.* Transfers approved materials into their proper stockroom locations or delivers packages to internal customers* Coordinates incoming shipments of goods authorized for return with employees in Customer Service, Quality Control and Quality Assurance.* Receives product from quarantine and production into finished goods, verifies accuracy against shop order or sterile processing log and reports discrepancies to the supervisor.* Performs other duties as assigned.**Inventory*** Examines stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.+ Pulls materials to support work orders and inventory requests* Performs daily cycle count and ensures 100% accuracy of all finished goods inventory.* Pe rforms daily inventory data transactions.* Provides feedback to inventory inquiries.* Performs other duties as assigned.**YOURE AWESOME AT**:* 2+ years shipping and receiving experience.* High School diploma or equivalent required.* Must be able to pass a **Motor Vehicle Records Check.*** Experience with material handling in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.* Experience with data entry with ERP system strongly preferred.* Experience with an FDA regulated environment preferred.* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.* Some experience using pallet jacks, forklifts, and dollies as well as automated shipping equipment such as the FedEx caf.At Tandem, Our employees are just as important as our customers!
