7+ years in digital Product Team5+ years leading a team managing direct reports, including two Product Analysts3+ years Agile Experience - Agile Story / Acceptance Criteria generationStrong communication with stakeholders and ability to solicit problems/business requirementsJira and/or Confluence experience
