Position Summary

The IT Infrastructure Systems Professional I position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience. This role involves assisting in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure components such as servers, networks, and storage systems. Candidates should have a basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and hardware, and be eager to learn and adapt to company standards and practices.
The foundational components that enable the delivery of information technology services are as follows:
Hardware: Servers, computers, storage solutions, networking equipment, and peripherals.
Software: Operating systems, applications, databases, and middleware that enable various functionalities and operations
Network: Infrastructure components that facilitate communication and data transfer, such as internet connectivity, local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and security protocols.
Data Centers: Facilities that house and manage servers, storage, networking equipment, and other IT components.
Cloud Services: loud-based services including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings.
Security Measures: Tools, protocols, and practices implemented to safeguard the IT infrastructure from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
Virtualization: virtual versions of various resources such as servers, storage devices, networks, desktops, or operating systems.
Qualifications/Experience
At least two years of related experience in IT Infrastructure.Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.Associate Level certifications.Proficient in hardware and software support.Working knowledge of systems hardware and software support.Working knowledge of systems integration and industry best practice.Salary Range
Minimum - $51,128Maximum - $81,804
