SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform Salesforce configuration tasks including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and page layouts. Manage Salesforce user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Maintain and improve system performance, ensuring data integrity and security. Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce upgrades. Conduct regular reviews of system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce applications and tools. Other duties as assigned. Limited evening or weekend hours may be required.

Data Management:

Oversee data import/export processes, ensuring data quality and accuracyDevelop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights utilizing Salesforce and/or Microsoft Power Bi.Project Management and Collaboration:

Provide second-level support for Salesforce-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving them promptly.Collaborate with BronxWorks leadership, program directors and CQI to gather and analyze program requirements.Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce solutions.Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.Propose and implement enhancements to the Salesforce platform to improve functionality and user experience.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required.3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or administrator of similar CRMs.Proficiency in data management and manipulation using tools like Data Loader, Excel, etc.Proficiency in report building and data visualization using Salesforce, Power BI, or other similar tools.Experience in creating detailed reports and dashboards that provide actionable business insights.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK SETTING

Some evening and weekend hours are required.Ability to use a computer for prolonged periods.
