Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Oracle Absence HCM Analyst for a Senior Living Operator client in the Des Moines, IA area. This person will report directly to the Director of HCM Cloud and work closely with a System Analyst on the team. This individual will be brought in to assist in helping with the execution of ongoing Absence Management projects including the restructuring of the Absence module, regulations, compliance, and documentation for their 135 communities. You will be responsible for not only configurations, but also sitting in on meetings to gather technical requirements, research, and partnering with the functional consultant to provide any knowledge share and guidance on Oracle Absence Management best practices. In addition, you will be assisting in cleaning up the backlog of configuration documents, cleaning up absence plans, and consulting on tool-restructuring as needed. This candidate will be compensated at an hourly rate of $65-80 per hour.
