PositionHighlights:Position: Social Worker, Continuum of Care *10,000 sign on bonus*Location: Highland Park HospitalFull Time/Part Time: 36 hoursHours: Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon. 3 12 hour shiftsWhat you will need:License: LSW or LCSW license requiredEducation: Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work requiredCertification: CPR BLSCertification requiredExperience: Two years' post-graduate experience preferred; healthcare and/or mental health experience preferredSkills: Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platform preferred.
