Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. This project will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.Key Responsibilities:Design and Implement Communications Components, Applications and ServicesPartner with the Satellite, Networks and Security engineering teamsDesign components, services, and relevant data modelsCollaborate with engineers across the organization to gather requirements, design, develop, deploy, and operate critical e-Commerce software for Kuiper.Work on initiatives building e-Commerce functions on AWS infrastructure and help implement best practices for software development.Develop code, build CI/CD pipelines, test automation, and dashboards for monitoring health of systems.Help engineers and build solutions which are required for provisioning and operating an Internet service provider.Basic Qualification:3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experienceExperience programming with at least one software programming languageExpectations mentioned verbally by client directly: Experience managing Java based SDKs, AWS based development, API design, JSONNice-to-Have skills: Oracle Financial Services (EBS)Preferred Qualification:Experience integrating Financial Application and Accounting solutions (e.g. Oracle)3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experienceBachelor's degree in computer science or equivalentJava based SDKs, AWS based development, API design, JSON translates to having these skills:Java programming Language - MVC FrameworkAWS Cloud native skills and AWS toolingAPI creation/JSON - Restful webservices and possibly GraphQLAPI Gateway knowledge - AWS API GatewayAfter looking into the FAA - Skills required should be:Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) financial modules which include:Understanding General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts - Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash ManagementDatabase management skills as we discussed yesterday:Oracle SQL, PL/SQL - procedural querying knowledge for reports, triggers and stored proceduresUnderstanding ETL - data processingERPUnderstanding Oracle Business Process - accounting, bookkeeping, financial statements, compliance.Includes reporting - balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statementsRest and SOAP are required for web servicesData conversion and management (Financials data management)Must have financial industry background and have strong knowledge of Oracle EBS/Financial Application and Accounting Solutions.Additional Job Details:
