Responsibilities:
Data Discovery: analyzing existing customer data to find patterns and best practices we can encourage across our user base
Date Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain new and existing data storage repositories for use by blue mountain and customers to provide actionable insights
ETL: Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and other means of moving data from the RAM data stores into customer owned systems.
Data sanitation and cleansing: De identify, aggregate and enrich customer data to allow for use by predictive analytics
Reporting and Analytics: Identify tools, techniques and technologies to enable our customers to manage their own data, reports and analytics
Embed analytics solutions: Integrate analytic solutions within existing products conflating data from multiple sources into singular views for customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
5-7 years of experience in BI, data warehousing, and data architecture roles.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing BI solutions in large, complex environments.
Experience with cloud-based BI and data solutions (Azure) is a plus.
Proficiency in SQL and other database querying languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Work Location
Hybrid.
Remote first with occasional travel to attend team planning meetings and similar events.
