Role/Responsiblitles;10+ years of experience in ERP project delivery.Experience in the manufacturing industry.Experience and general knowledge about SAP and/or MES systems.Ensure that all project goals/milestones are accomplished on time / on budget.Manage and drive 4 teams (SAP, MES, Infrastructure and Data Migration) towards achieving set goals and objectives. Each team is headed by a Team Leader.Manage Client escalations and expectationsPrepare detailed project plans and metrics, schedules, deliverables, resource plans.Prepare and present executive summaries to senior management and manage reporting to all stakeholders periodically.Identify, recognize and acknowledge stakeholders (internal and external)Establish communication management plan (engagement meetings, board meetings etc.)Overall project budget management to ensure cost controllingStrong communication skills.
