What You'll DoServe as the technical leader and Salesforce SME for Salesforce projects onsite at our enterprise client locationsLead functional and business process teamsTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and productsProvide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionalityProvide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developersDesign and manage the execution of test plans to ensure a quality solution is deliveredFollow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitionsProvide expertise during sales efforts to estimate the technical level of effortParticipate in marketing events (e.g. sales meetings)Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentationsCoach and mentor junior technical and functional team membersWhat You'll Bring

8+ years of CRM industry experience8+ years of Salesforce experienceProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systemsExcellent writing and oral communications skillsActive Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
