Plano, TX Hybrid ModelDuration: Long TermIdentifying Contacts and Initial ApprovalsStart by identifying the LOB (Line of Business) Contact.Initiate the Kickoff meeting and engage with Business Partners (BP) for design solutions.Submit and approve ACM (Access Control Matrix) requests.Kickoff Meeting and Connection Utilization:Serve as a bridge between GXE Network Engineer, LOB, GXM PM, AO (Application Owner), External vendors, and the Splunk Report.Determine if the current connection target solution is being used by the GXE Network Engineer.Migrate or decommission connections based on Splunk Report and LOB confirmation.Decommission Process:Once confirmed, inform the GXE Network Engineer to proceed with decommissioning.Engage AO in meetings to discuss network solutions, prepare ACM requests, and assist with firewall approvals.Change Request Management:Track and follow up on change requests to ensure timely approval before implementation.Help external vendors with Data Center access and other necessary arrangements.Procurement and Hardware Management:Assist with procurement activities and coordinate with Client & Business Partners.Tracker Updates and Reports:Update the NADC Migration Tracker and analyze the Splunk Report.Maintain daily trackers and prepare reports to be uploaded on the Confluence Page.Timeframes for Various Requests:Change Request: 15 to 30 minutes.Prime Request: 30 minutes to 1 hour.BP Migration Tracker: Daily work over 3 to 4 months to ensure migration or decommissioning.Why should you apply for this role?As Brillio continues to gain momentum as a trusted partner for our clients in their digital transformation journey, we strive to set new benchmarks for speed and value creation.
