Summary:
As the Back-End Lead, you will oversee the development of robust back-end systems and services using Node.js and Java Spring. You will be responsible for leading a team of back-end developers, ensuring the creation of scalable, high-performance, and secure server-side solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of back-end technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with front-end teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of back-end developers to build high-quality, scalable back-end systems using Node.js and Java Spring.Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support web and mobile applications.Collaborate closely with front-end developers to integrate back-end services with React and React Native applications.Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of back-end systems through effective coding practices and architecture.Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest back-end technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve system performance and efficiency.Troubleshoot and resolve complex back-end issues, providing technical guidance and support to the team.Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to align back-end development with project goals and deliverables.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for code, systems, and processes.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Back-End Lead, Senior Back-End Developer, or in a similar role.C1/C2 English proficiencyStrong proficiency in Node.js and Java Spring, with a track record of delivering successful projects.Experience with integrating back-end services with front-end technologies, including React and React Native.Deep understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.Experience with version control systems like Git and collaboration tools like Jira.
