Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Software Developer. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing both our client's public-facing and internal web applications. This position offers the rewarding opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s growth.HYBRID : MUST BE IN CLEVELAND and be able to work in office up to 3 days / week.RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain and enhance existing consumer facing and internal web applicationsWrite clean, concise, and sustainable codeCollaborate directly with business owners on feature developmentParticipate directly in CRO projects through A/B test implementationParticipate and provide feedback during code reviewsProvide mentorship and guidance to other developersProvide feedback to UI/UX Designers to factor in development speed / consistencyContribute to team processes and architecture, seeking continuous improvementREQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ experience building applications with TypeScript and/or JavaScript3+ years’ experience with modern web frameworks (we use Angular and Vue)Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and AccessibilityAbility to work with a variety of individuals from various backgrounds and fieldsExperience optimizing site speed scores for consumer facing websitesExperience working with a Headless CMS (we use Contentful)Experience with front end interaction (animation, transitions, micro interactions)Experience with Google Marketing Platform (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)Experience writing accessible semantic HTML markupExperience with CSS Preprocessors such as SASSExperience with a State Management library (NgRx, Akita, Pinia, etc.)Experience with Frontend testing and debugging toolsFamiliarity with Git and Visual Studio CodeFamiliarity with RESTful Services/APIsFamiliarity with Build tools & package managers (npm/yarn/pnpm, Node.js, etc)Experience with Nuxt and/or Next.jsContinuously learning about the latest front-end libraries, frameworks, and best practices
