Come be part of a great story!As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting over 200 users and collaborating with our Senior Salesforce Administrator to enhance our Salesforce platform. Winchester is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Aptiv (NYSE: APTV) a global technology leader. You will help manage the CRM evolution for a rapidly growing division of a multi-billion dollar, public company. This position reports to the Sr. Salesforce Admin and will help to drive our team's capabilities with respect to the use of technology in data gathering, analysis, and sales enablement. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by driving improvements and supporting the continuous evolution of our Salesforce instance.Qualifications & Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator preferredSalesforce Admin Certificate preferredStrong Salesforce interest and ability to quickly master new technologyStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality preferredProficiency in using change sets and other deployment tools for managing and deploying changesUnderstanding of security features, including profiles, roles, and permission setsBackground knowledge of Salesforce Data Loader preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with individuals at varying technical levelsFlexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesCommitment to continuous learning and staying updated on Salesforce featuresComfortable using a MacBookKnowledge of Apex and/or Visualforce a plus

Create and modify reports and dashboardsPerform data management tasks, including data import, data cleansing, and deduplicationSupport user training and provide ongoing support to Salesforce usersAssist in the integration of Salesforce with various other systems and applicationsStay informed about new Salesforce features and best practices and provide recommendations for enhancementsAssist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SalesforceDocument processes, procedures, and configurations
