Job Description

The Leasing Consultant is the driving force in helping clients find the new home of their dreams. They are responsible for successfully leasing up our Single-Family Rental Communities across the US, from our centralized hub in Tustin, CA. They must provide an exceptional and elevated touring experience by discovering the needs of the clients, from recommending the perfect floor plan to highlighting the best new restaurants in the neighborhood. They will be the specialists of the community and surrounding area, allowing them to sell a lifestyle, not just a home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leases new-build homes to achieve weekly leasing and occupancy goalsConsistently demonstrates strong leasing performance displaying an enthusiastic sales approach and exceptional customer serviceMaintains a minimum 33% closing average of tours to application unless a higher closing is required to meet leasing goalsProvides elevated prospect experiences through guided virtual showingsConfirms all scheduled prospect showings 24 hours prior to touring, and day of for same-day showingsConsistently communicates with current prospects through all available channelsActively explores prospect preferences in communication style and renting needs, and tailors' sales approach to meet those preferences and needsReviews CRM customer pipeline on a daily basis to ensure all client's inquiries and needs are being metConsistent follow-up for each client - phone, email, textExecutes leasing and marketing plan for their assigned communityEmbodies Tricon culture and encourages an empowering environment to achieve top prospect survey resultsUtilizes the interactive pricing tool with every lease transaction and accurately records all data that aligns with the company's goals and initiativesUses a consultative leasing approach to evaluate customer needs while communicating relevant benefits to find the right home for each client through engagement, discovery, building value, and closingEffectively qualifies prospective residents and updates guest cards as necessary recording all interactionsDocuments each client's story- what is prompting their move, where are they moving from etc.Understands the importance of data integrity and how the organization relies on data to make impactful business decisionsProactively relays information regarding the community's general appearance to achieve and maintain Tricon standardsMust be detail-oriented but also never lose sight of the big picturePromotes positive and proactive customer interactions to cultivate a high-quality Tricon experience for all prospects and residentsProvide weekly recaps of leads, tours, leases and move-insQualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceMin. 2 years' experience in leasing/sales environmentSchedule may require work on weekends, holidays and eveningsRegular, consistent and timely attendance required

Salary Range

Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.$44,340.00 - $66,520.00
