Applied Behavioral Services in Miamisburg, OH is seeking a qualified Behavior Technician Aide to co-teach with primary behavior technician working with children on the autism spectrum disorder or related disorders in either a 1:1, 1:2, 1:3 or small group settings within the agency or community following ABA methods and procedures and to facilitate peer interactions when appropriate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and maintain instructional areaPrepare and keep reinforcement and needed materials accessibleDeliver instruction following procedures learned from initial and ongoing training sessions and based on feedback from supervisorsCollect and analyze data accurately following policies and procedures put into place by Applied Behavioral ServicesMaintain programming material for all studentsMonitor designated child’s IEP/Treatment plan objectives and the progression of goalsComplete quarterly IEP progress reports when assigned by the supervisorConduct reinforcer assessments and deliver reinforcement following principles outlined by Applied Behavioral ServicesImplement behavior support plansIdentify when interventions are needed for specific children and programsComplete troubleshooting forms when necessary and implement all interventions direct by the supervisorBENEFITS
