Senior Business Analyst.

This is a full-time position available

onsite (hybrid) in New Carrollton, MD.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to analyze and document business needs.Create functional specifications and business process diagrams to support development efforts.Identify opportunities for process improvements and translate them into actionable recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of project goals.Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and project initiatives.Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Develop and deliver training materials and conduct sessions for end users.Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the organization.Additional duties as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.7+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field.Proven experience with requirement elicitation and documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.Experience working in Agile environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business analysis tools.BenefitsSID (www.sidonline.com) offers a unique, stimulating and challenging environment that fosters individual growth and rewards performance.
