Sunbelt is working with a school district near Mettawa, IL and we are searching for a Virtual or Onsite Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 22-23 school year. This will be a full time contract based position servicing students with a variety of disabilities at multiple schools.
Job Responsibilities:
The OT will help patients improve, regain, and develop the skills needed for day to day life and work to students in elementary schoolThe OT will provide training and education to family members and other professionalsThe OT will provide IEP's for each student to reach their goalsThis is a full time (37.5 hours a week) contract based position for the upcoming school yearThe OT will work at a school for the students with various disabilities which a majority of the students are in general education with either pull out or push in services
Job Requirements:
The OT must have prior school or pediatric experienceThe OT must have their Illinois Occupational Therapist LicensePrevious AAC experience (preferred)Knowledge of contract positions (preferred)
