Technical Support team is in search of a dynamic and self-driven Technical Support Engineer.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the team while also demonstrating the ability to work independently. Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting cutting edge mobile robots, where you will be providing support and practical application solutions to our partners.
As a key member of our global technical support team, this position will have a
hybrid work arrangement , operating from our office located in
Novi, MI.
Responsibilities:Ensure the optimal performance of our robots through the provision of top-tier and highly responsive technical support, setting a standard in the industry.Develop and provide technical training and materials to our distributors and customers.Work with cutting edge technology within mobile robotics.Lend support to global applications whenever necessary.Foster robust connections with our distributors and end user.Deliver expert level communication, both written and verbal.Handle urgent customer questions and prioritize their needs for efficient problem-solving.Schedule and coordinate customer onsite visits, ensuring smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.Analyze and interpret error logs to diagnose issues and determine appropriate solutions for robot repairs.
