Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Architect to assess current legacy applications, work closely with clients, and design and consolidate new application processes in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process reengineering and a preference for candidates with government experience.

ResponsibilitiesAssess and analyze existing legacy applications to identify areas for improvement and consolidation.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements.Design and implement new application processes within Salesforce to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Develop and execute a plan for consolidating applications into a unified Salesforce environment.Ensure that all new processes align with best practices and organizational goals.Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation process.Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the continued effectiveness of the new processes.Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in IT architecture and process reengineering.Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its application development capabilities.Experience working with legacy systems and migrating to modern platforms.Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Government experience is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills and Experience

Business Process ArchitectSalesforce certifications.Experience with project management and agile methodologies.Familiarity with government regulations and compliance requirements.

Bachelor's Degree

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

United States - Remote

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
