Must Have : Data Modeling & Data Analysis & Data EngineeringStrong Data modeling (Conceptual, Logical, Physical, 3nF, Dimensional) at both a project and enterprise levelDimensional Modeling with experience in crafting conformed dimensions that can be used across Business Units.Data Modeling Tool such as Powerdesigner, Oracle Designer or ErwinExperience working with Data Engineering and Data Analytics teamsAbility to write SQL to query data (ideally ANSI SQL)General working knowledge of AI technologies, techniques, and trendsThe Skills You BringStrong analytic skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to explain Data structures to a non-technical audienceGood interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills
