Strategic ACI is seeking a Business Development & Capture Strategy Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with the Directors of DoD and Intelligence to support strategic planning, pipeline development, and the pursuit of new business opportunities, focusing on key federal markets. The ideal candidate embodies the company's entrepreneurial, "start-up" mentality and serves as a versatile contributor, directly engaging and supporting across multiple tasks and phases of the business development lifecycle. They must demonstrate proven expertise in generating new business, building strategic relationships, and a solid understanding of industry contracts, consistently delivering winning results.

You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of business opportunities, including maintaining direct customer relationships, qualifying high PWIN opportunities, continuously refining the opportunity pipeline, leading proposal management efforts for both prime and subcontracting opportunities, and driving revenues that meet or exceed expectations.

Commensurate with the responsibilities and experiences of this position, the salary range for this position is $125K-$150K. In addition to base salary, th is position has performance bonus opportunities relative to each opportunity and growth outcomes , increasing the candidate's overall earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Master the capabilities of Strategic ACI to create targeted marketing strategies and client-specific narratives.Manage Corporate CRM system and keep opportunity pipeline and BD outreach tasks updated.Cultivate lasting relationships with partner companies through strategic engagement across all market segments, positioning Strategic ACI as a trusted partner.Build and sustain a network of strategic partners in target markets, facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external partners.Shape acquisition strategies by leveraging client relationships, partnerships, and in-depth knowledge of available contracting vehicles.Lead teaming discussions for both prime and subcontracting opportunities, in addition to maintaining relationships with all partners.Support Capture Management efforts on contracts under $25M TCV or assist larger strategic bids over $25M by developing winning strategies.Support responses to government inquiries (RFIs, Sources Sought Notices), attend industry events, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.Implement and lead team throughout BD Lifecycle processes . This includes Opportunity Qualification, leading Color reviews, conducting Decision Gate reviews, leveraging Strength-Based-Solutioning, support Price-to-Win and all other required aspects of proposal.Identify and qualify high-PWIN opportunities, working collaboratively with capture and delivery teams to secure both competitive and direct award opportunities.Support the negotiation of contracts and proposals to meet annual revenue goals.Assist in delivering compelling presentations and communications to both internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with experience in executive-level presentations.Demonstrated support to BD efforts (solutioning, writing, managing) for various opportunity sizes, with a history of building pipelines with high PWIN potential.Strong understanding of federal acquisition approach and demonstrated success in securing direct awards.Proven ability to build strong relationships within target defense and intelligence agencies.5+ years of experience in business development and capture management related to DoD/IC, with a successful track record in developing and winning new business.Expertise in federal contracting trends and the nuances of GWACs/IDIQs/BPAs/SIBRs/OTAs.
