Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of SAP S/4HANA programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including government officials and public sector representatives, to understand their requirements and ensure that project objectives align with their needs.
Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality SAP S/4HANA solutions.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the program, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems.
Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the public sector.
Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status, including progress, issues, and resolutions.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the SAP S/4HANA solutions delivered meet quality standards and client expectations.
