Job Description

Provide helpdesk support and resolve end user issues to their satisfaction by phone, email, remote access, or in person.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for Windows and mobile devices.

Maintain documentation within the IT perimeter, including assets, licenses, and changes.

Install, configure and validate new workstations, peripheral equipment and software according to corporate standards.

Perform regular system maintenance functions including patch updates, backups, and troubleshooting.

Provide basic best practice training and support to users.

Travel to other company offices as needed to support end-users and office sites.

Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:Qualifications

Knowledge in Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Suites, particularly as it relates to end user basic functions.

Fundamental understanding of networking, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server, Virtualization and basic troubleshooting.

Effective communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Experience troubleshooting and repairing computers.

Experience installing and configuring desktop software.

A minimum of a high school degree is required. Some college education would be a plus.
