Reporting to the Sr Mgr Compensation & HRIS and working with more senior HRIS team members, this role is responsible for system monitoring and reporting along with a variety of system administrative tasks and projects.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This list of essential job functions is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary.HR Management Reporting: (50%)* Scheduled Management Reports: Generate, via the HR system, simple to medium complexity management reports, validate data using comparative data, and distribute to management within established Service Level Agreement (SLA). Respond to any questions that may arise from the requestor.* Ad-Hoc Management Reports: Ascertain from management's request the objective(s) of the report. Determine the data required and discuss with requestor requirements when necessary. Generate via the HR system simple to medium complexity individual reports and validate data using comparative data before sending to requestor. Identify when ad-hoc request needs to move to a standard scheduled report.HRIS Administration: (15%)* HR System Data Interfaces: Monitor the interfaces between the HR system and other internal and external systems to ensure they are successful. Facilitate resolution of any issues identified, working with the assigned HRIS Analyst, HRIS Consultant, or Sr. HRIS Consultant.* HR System Security: Resolve team members password or registration issues and manage the security for HR practitioners upon request.* HRIS Core Table Maintenance: Perform updates and audit the core tables in HRIS, such as job codes, locations, etc. under the direction of HRIS Analyst, HRIS Consultant, and Sr. HRIS Consultant.* Enterprise Organization Charts: Revise enterprise organization charts based on information in the HR system and provide updated documents to HR intranet document administrator.* HR team members and Executive (officers) Employment Changes: Complete employment changes within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to include processing new hires, employees/ personnel changes, terminations, and ensuring physical and security access is activated and deactivated.HRIS Compliance: (15%)* Responsible for gathering, preparing, and reporting on HRIS Service Level Agreements (SLA).* Responsible for the identification, revision, and tracking of compliance with HRIS SLAs. Evaluate and make recommendations for additions, revisions, and deletions of SLAs to ensure they are compatible with positive customer experience while still providing meaningful measurements of work and service.* Responsible for assigned annual review process of HRIS procedures and supporting forms to ensure the department stays in compliance with the company policy.External and Internal Audits: (10%)* Perform internal data audits to identify issues and facilitate the resolution to protect data integrity.* Research, assimilate, organize, and provide requested data for external auditors, primarily financial in nature. Communicate with management if any issues are identified that may cause audit findings and resolve/facilitate issue resolution after the information is provided to auditors.HRIS Projects: (10%)* Responsible for assigned project tasks as it relates to core system tables configuration, testing and training.Performs other duties as the supervisor may, from time to time, deem necessary.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS* High school diploma or GED* 2-years' equivalent work experience in a business setting performing data analysis and reporting duties, including 1 year's related work experience in compensation, benefits, and/or human resources systems.* Highly motivated, innovative, and creative* Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction and oversight* Strong analytical capability, including the ability to discern trends in data and recommend opportunities for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness* Strong written and verbal communications skills* Demonstrated interpersonal/influencing skills and experience interacting with all levels of management and outside entities.* Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.* Ability to manage sensitive information in a confidential manner* Demonstrated understanding of Human Resource Information Systems technologies.* Strong report writing skills in a table based HRIS system accessing many records with one single command to arrive at the information being requested on reports or data files to vendors.* Intermediate skills in a Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).* Intermediate skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF-THEN formulas).PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degree in related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.* Experience using human resource technologies (i.e., ADP, PeopleSoft, Virtual Edge, Success Factors, etc.)
