This role demands a proactive leader able to manage cross-functional teamwork and external supplier relations effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure the project aligns with our strategic goals, integrating seamlessly with our technical infrastructure and delivering within time and budget constraints.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the AI chatbot project from inception to successful deployment, ensuring it meets time, scope, and budgetary guidelines.Facilitate clear, ongoing communication with internal teams and the external supplier to maintain project alignment and momentum.Collaborate with procurement leadership to devise and implement project strategies that correspond with overall business objectives.Oversee technical integration and problem-solving to ensure the chatbot functions seamlessly within our existing ecosystem.Manage and coordinate with the chatbot supplier to guarantee adherence to project deadlines, quality standards, and objectives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
In-depth knowledge of project management methodologiesStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesProficient in technical oversight and integration strategiesImplementation of AI Chatbot
Industry Experience:
Prior experience in procurement, finance technology, or related fields is highly beneficial for this role.
