The Endpoint Engineer implements and supports technologies related to computer endpoints, operating systems, and applications in physical and virtual environments. Key duties include creating OS images, deploying applications and patches, and maintaining the end-user environment.Responsibilities:Design and troubleshoot OS images and task sequences using MCM and Intune Autopilot.Manage and support endpoints with MCM and Intune.Package and deploy applications with MCM, MSI, Flexera AdminStudio, PSAppDeployToolkit, Advanced Installer, PACE Suite, and ORCA.Manage and troubleshoot on-premises and cloud-based group policies for application delivery and endpoint management.Perform advanced troubleshooting using ProcMon, Process Explorer, Fiddler, and Wireshark.Manage user profiles with FSLogix, Citrix Profile Management, and UE-V.Write and maintain scripts in PowerShell and VBScript.Deploy and monitor OS and application updates through WSUS, MECM, and Intune.Recommend and implement endpoint architecture and design improvements.Deliver presentations as needed.Participate in video meetings with colleagues and vendors.Qualifications:5+ years of experience creating and maintaining OS images with MCM and third-party tools.3+ years of experience using MCM and WSUS for OS patching, application packaging, and updates.Degree in a related field.Expertise with Windows 10/11 Enterprise OS features and installations.Experience managing Windows, Office, and third-party applications with MCM, Intune, and Autopilot.Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, EntraID, and Intune CSPs.Experience with Citrix or VMware virtualization technologies.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Intune administration.Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and workstation performance.Experience writing scripts in PowerShell and VBScript.Understanding of BitLocker encryption.Knowledge of wired and wireless networking, including DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, subnets, and VLANs.Microsoft certifications and Citrix experience.Visual Studio for light utility development.Law or professional services firm experience.
