Senior Windows System Administrator

Salary is 110k to 125kSeeking a skilled Windows System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Windows administration, including experience with virtualization and cloud platforms. You will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems and networks.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Windows servers and related technologies (VMware, Azure).Administer Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange environments.Monitor and troubleshoot network performance across LAN/WAN infrastructures.Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.Collaborate with other IT team members to implement system and network upgrades.Ensure security best practices are followed in all systems and networks.Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.Assist in scripting and automation tasks to improve operational efficiency (experience in scripting is a plus).Support ERP systems as needed.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Windows System Administrator or similar role.Strong knowledge of VMware, Azure, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.Solid understanding of network administration, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Familiarity with LAN/WAN architectures and protocols.Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) and ERP experience are a plus but not required.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA) are a plus.
