Campbell's is seeking a Senior IT Solution Manager, Finance Application Operations who is responsible for end-to-end operations of the group of applications within the finance domain. The person in the role will drive standards around ITSM operational disciplines to deliver best in classoperations, maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, focus on RACI-driven inter-team collaboration, transform service to provide a quick-turn around, and always resolve to rootcause. This role contributes to identifying cost optimization opportunities and will work with the support partner and enabling the highest efficient and throughput, through process-driven approach. Theperson in this role provides in-depth technical knowledge and serves as the primary liaison for applications within the finance domain. In addition, this role will also partner with key IT stakeholderssuch as Application Owners, the Infrastructure & Application Platforms team, Information Security, and Digital Workforce Technology teams for the respective application to anticipate, plan and deliver to their operational requirements with agility and scalability.WHAT YOU WILL DO...

Own ITSM Application Operational DisciplinesOrchestrate, own, enable implementation & sustain the following operational disciplines for an application by taking full ownership of applications within the service domain, and hold the partner accountable to delivering to the highest qualityDrive service execution conduct weekly governance meetings to measure service performancePlan and execute application support work and/or changes in response to planned changesDrive development of internal procedures, tools, and documents to provide a high level of application integrity and availability and to ensure timely, effective supportDevelop scope documents and maintain technical support standards and proceduresCoordinate, ensure, and maintain extensive system documentation, including but not limited to requirements and designed specificationsImplement an agile model, leverage automation development and testing: Unit, Integration, Regression Testing, Business Process Testing, Test Data Creation, Environment Management and Status, Data Collection & Reporting AutomationAdvocate for elimination of repetitive operational tasks across service base by creating repeatable processesImplement a step-by-step approach starting with breaking down end-to-end processes into small bits and beginning automation with simple but high-impact use casesHelp operations to be more predictive and preventive in an ever-evolving environmentLeverage Test automation as the primary approach for Quality AssurancePartner with Application Owners, Project & Architecture teams for applications in the domainOwn daily environment status and reporting to Digital Partners, Application Owners and Project teamWork with L3/L4 leads for the respective application to plan expected workloadUnderstand projects which are scheduled to begin or currently in progress, their planned Transition to Run, and its impact on the respective service disciplinesWork with architects for the respective application to understand design changes to the application, assess the potential impact to operations support, and in turn prepare for it proactivelyEnsure orderly transition of new or modified services into production together with the necessary adaptions to the existing service disciplines to accommodate the intakePartner with Integration, Application Platform, Infrastructure, Monitoring & ITSM TeamsOwn resolution of incidents within the domain, driving the cross matrixed teams to root cause resolution. Responsible for SLA communications and updates to Digital Partners/Application Owners within the domain.Define and maintain RACI between Application L3/L4, Integration, Application Platform & Infrastructure Teams for the 27 operational disciplinesWork with the respective Application Platform and/or Infrastructure teams for the Application to understand their planned BAU initiativesAssess workload impact, and scale up the team as required to support such initiativesEnsure Testing Quality of test scripts, test execution and sign offIdentify, communicate & partner with Monitoring team to implement monitoring requirements for applicationsEnsure retrospectives are performed to identify evolving needs, and iteratively update the solution backlog based on those requirementsImplement a continuous improvement feedback cycle striving to achieve "Green" status across all service disciplines.Make key metrics visible to all to increase transparency, enable trust, and drive alignmentResponsible for skill gap identification across teams and takes action to close themIdentify and verify the root cause(s)Plan and implement actions that correct the root cause(s)Confirm the actions taken to achieve the targetEnsure the improved level of performance is maintainedPlan what is to be done with any remaining problemsEvaluate the effectiveness and set revised target for further improvementWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE... (MUST HAVE)Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience working in IT supporting delivery and operations (ITSM) of business applications within the CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry.Experience managing internal and external teams, partners, and vendorsMust have In-depth knowledge of supporting finance business applications that include SAP ECC (ERP), EPM/BPC, SAC, Ariba, Concur an integration to peripheral systems/applications, or similar applicationSolid understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-To-Pay (PTP) and Record to Report (RTR) business processes supporting the finance function.Methodical approach with the ability to implement a process-driven operating modelExperience working with ServiceNow ITSM or similar platformAbility to work with MSP to deliver best of class application operation services for ITExcellent analytical thinking, planning, and execution skillsAbility to build consensus, enable decisions based on many variables (like priority) for operational initiativesApplying Continuous Improvement capabilities to achieve regulatory or statutory compliance requirements.Team player who can work across similar roles in other domains, and aligns with strategy and approach laid out by the Service ManagerIT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE... (NICE TO HAVE)Master's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.7+ years of experience working in IT supporting delivery and operations (ITSM) of business applications within the CPG/Pharma/Manufacturing Industry.Experience supporting finance applications like High Radius, IT2 (Treasury), Blackline, Vertex, SWIFT, Thompson Reuters (Tax), Bloomberg and InstaNext will be an added advantageProven ability to lead in an outsourced delivery and support model.Strong program management and project management skills, particularly Agile.Experience with ADO or Jira as a project management tool.Strong leadership and client management skillsMORE ABOUT THE JOB...Reports to IT Director, Financial Technology Digital TransformationLess than 10% of travel includes vendor visits, manufacturing sites, trade shows, etc.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$85,900-$140,800

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
