IT Service Management, IT Operation Management, IT Business Management, HRSD, CSM, Industry Solutions, Solution Architect, Requirement gathering, Implementation Specialist, Java, ITIL.Overview:Responsibilities:Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective ServiceNow solutions, and ability to create and Modify Workflows.Provide technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration for client engagement from the definition phase through implementation.Create and execute development plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsServiceNow for Custom Application Design & DevelopmentCommunicate and enforce coding standardsQualifications :A Bachelors Degree is required10 - 15 years total experience5 - 7 years of ServiceNow experienceExpertise in enterprise service management offerings like IT Service Management, IT Operation Management, IT Business Management, Security Operations, and Application Development on ServiceNow; New areas like HRSD, CSM, Industry SolutionsExperienced as a Solution Architect for the ServiceNow implementation for leading global clients and implemented ITOM and ITSM modules such as IM, PM, CM, RM & Catalog along with integrations and CMDB, Hardware, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event ManagementWorked on Requirement gathering, provided a solution for end-to-solution through ServiceNow applications, helped the development team to prepare design documents, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance, and worked with the process owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translated this into user storiesServiceNow Implementation Specialist & Admin, Project Management skillsStrong hands-on implementation experience on ITOM and CSDM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)Java Scripting knowledge and hands-on experience with itHands-on with ITIL Process implementationHands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNowGood Communication and presentation skills, Client handlingGood at creating required information for Reporting and DashboardsVery good knowledge of ITIL best practices and processesCertifications (One of the following):ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
